Full online support is also available and complete and comprehensive instructions on how to use and download your certificate are provided following registration.

In order to obtain your Chamber SimplySign digital certificate you will need to complete the following steps:

1. Subscriber Agreement – Read and agree to the terms and conditions of the service.

2. Online Form – Provide personal and organisation details.

3. Company Authorisation – This is an essential step in obtaining your certificate and requires you to send and/or fax certain documentation to us that is required by Government rules. Reviewing what you send is a manual process and so the sooner we receive it the quicker we can issue your certificate. Without it, we cannot process your application.

4. Payment Details – Provide payment details. Please note that payment will only be taken from your account once you have successfully downloaded your certificate.

5. Certificate Download – Once all the above has been completed you will receive an email notification, inviting you to visit our website and download your certificate.
